Terms of Use

These terms govern your use of Kixlogic’s FlipbookIQ, provided by Kixlogic, LLC.
Using the add-in or publishing a flipbook means you accept them.
1. What the service is
An Office add-in that turns the open Word document or PowerPoint presentation into a
flipbook, and an optional hosted service that puts a published flipbook at a shareable
link. Converting runs on your computer and is unlimited on every plan, including
the free one. What the plans limit is hosting.
2. Your content stays yours
You keep every right you have in the documents you convert and the flipbooks you publish.
You grant us only the permission needed to run the service — to store your flipbook and
show it to the people you send the link to — and that permission ends when you delete it.
We do not use your content for anything else, and we do not use it to train models.
3. What you promise
- You have the right to publish what you publish.
- You will not publish unlawful material, anything that infringes someone else's
rights, or anything designed to deceive or to harm a reader's device.
- You will not attempt to break the service, read other people's flipbooks, or work
around a password, an expiry or a plan limit.
- If you collect reader email addresses through lead capture, you will tell those
readers what you are collecting and why, and you will honour their requests.

A flipbook published on the free plan is deleted fourteen days after it is
published, automatically and without further notice. Keep your source document;
it is the original, and we never had a copy of it.
5. Payment
Paid plans are billed through Stripe and renew each period until cancelled. You can
cancel at any time from the billing portal in the add-in; access continues to the end of
the period you have already paid for. Prices may change on notice, never mid-period.
6. Availability
We do not promise the hosted service will be uninterrupted. We do promise that the
add-in's conversion works without us: a flipbook you save as a file on your own computer
keeps working whatever happens to this service.
7. Ending it
You may stop and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or end an account that
breaks section 3, and will say why where we lawfully can.
8. Disclaimer and liability
The service is provided "as is", without warranties to the extent the law allows. Our
total liability for any claim relating to the service is limited to the amount you paid in
the twelve months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or
consequential damages.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Alabama, without regard to conflict
of law principles.
10. Changes
If these terms change, the effective date above changes with them, and material changes
are emailed to account holders.
